Surface Treatment
Ferrão e Guerra automotive performs the surface treatment of your facilities with the latest equipment.
We have a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and two treatment lines that allow us to make various types of zinc from passivation to white (blue), yellow (without chromium VI) to zinc nickel, we also offer the possibility of treatment through Suspension, and barrel.
Technique
The cold forming process is based on steel deformation, from coils of rolled wire and by means of horizontal presses.
We have horizontal presses with 7 stages which allows us to offer our customer a versatility of options according to their need.
